We acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. The personal information you provide is being collected for the purpose of processing your registration and for the allocation of Continuing Professional Development points and/or Certificate of Completion. All the assessment/test results information are aggregated as a group (i.e de-identified) and the aggregated results sent to the relevant professional association as part of the activity report for this module. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual results. You have the right of access to, and alteration of, personal information concerning yourself in accordance with the Act.
